The accountability for ones actions. This is not a negative connotation. Just being held or holding on to your own energy by self accounting, self reflecting on what your everyday energy does to the world around you. As you consciously reflect on lost or gained energy you can allow or unallow the flow of the energy to flow from you or to you. As you check and uncheck your energy boxes that you decide what is of you and what is not of you as you solve your Duplicity in action to ownership of Self energy.
I came by this word when I was given Grace for actions I performed for a greater good than my own.
You can reclaim your energy from past occurrences. To change a time imprint raise your vibration to a 6D energy level and consciously relive the experience in Meditation. I speak about this in my books on how you follow the memory of your energy streams by going into your Heart consciously a enter into your mental state of body and the time of the occurrence. Bringing up this memory will allow you to follow or remember what happened in your meditative state.
As you come to the areas that you want to change, consciously state the you will stay in your Mental Body and not react emotionally. Emotional Energy or Tantric Energy imprints Time. Love Hate Fear and everything in between is imprinted into a space called time.
I hole idea is to relive to experience in a 6D environment without reacting to it.
As you come to the negative experience change it in your meditation to a positive one. The one outcome that you want to be remembered in time as happening. This will take several attempt before the Change becomes seamless.
Once you are able to change the scenario the the desired outcome that hold yourself in LOVE. Express the memory through every cell in your body… or attempt to and out of your Aura.
This energetic outburst of the highest energy in the Universe will change the Time Ingram to the new energy you just imprinted with.
The sooner you do this the better the outcome because those that were involved will have a Deja-Vu moment as Time changes its record of energy release and gain… your Akasha Record.
