When you travel through your Heart Vortex you are in Body, even if it is only the Auras Layers- plasmic-mental-emotional-astral-celestial. There are many more sub layers and some of the main layers are changing and or morphing into each other as we move upward. You do not disconnect from Body you go with Body in Heart travel. This is how I open my Dimensional Doors. Through my Heart Frequencies by matching a Tone set by my Guides. Which requires energetic energy upgrades in my cells through- emitting light through my body cellularly (like an Angel) and using tones at the same time. Once I learn a Tone, I can return to that frequency or Door and enter back into that Time of Space.
